Welcome to E- Ticket Booking Flow
 
Step 1: Login
 

* If you are a Registered User Please Sign in with the existing Username and Password      OR     Create New Account.

 
 
Step 2: Menu
 

* Please select one of the options - "One way"or "Round Trip".
 
 
Step 3: Search Place

* Please Enter "From" and "To" places, "Date of journey" and click on "Search" button.
  
 
 
Step 4: Search For Available Services

* From the Service Availability list please select one of the options listed.
 
 
Step 5: Seat Layout

* Please select the seats from the seat layout and continue booking by clicking on "Book" button.
 
 
Step 6: Passenger Details
 

* Please enter the Passenger details then click on the "Check Fare" button.
 
 
Step 7: Travel Summary
 

* Please click on the "Make Payment" button to confirm booking and proceed to the payment gateway.
 
 
Step 8: TICKET COUNTERS Reference Number
 

* Please note down the TicketCounters reference number that is displayed.
 
 
Step 9: Payment Gateway
 

* Please select your payment options.
 
 
Step 10: Payment Gateway
 

* Please enter the card details & make payment.
 
 
Step 11:
 

* Your ticket booking is confirmed. Copy of the ticket booked will be emailed to your Registered Email id and an SMS to your registered mobile number.
 
 
Step 12: Print eTicket

E- Ticket Cancellation Flow
 
Step 1: Login
 

* Registered User Please Sign in with the existing Username and Password      OR     Please click on the "Cancellation" link in the home page.
 
 
Step 2: Menu
 

* Please click on the "Cancellation" link.
 
 
Step 3: Select Cancellation Ticket

* Please select the journey ticket you wish to cancel.
  
 
 
Step 4:Cancellation Summary

* Please provide the mobile number for cancellation SMS.
 
 
Step 5: Cancellation Confirm

* The ticket cancellation will be confirmed.
